Helping make Manchester posher

Another job for commercial property developers Henry Boot Developments, this one. They've bought a smashing listed building, the old court house, on Manchester's best known street, Deansgate. We're in charge of presenting the vision for the building to people potentially interested in letting a space in the development. It's going to be 'mixed use' (posh shops, restaurants, that type of thing). We are planning a very swanky piece of fashion-illustration inspired interactive animation, web-based of course. Here's a photo of the building. Be back soon with some visuals.

Commercial developers go digital

Later this month we will be launching a project which is a first for Bright Digital: marketing for a commercial property development company. Henry Boot Developments decided to go digital to market a shopping centre scheme to potential retailers. A select audience of retailers will be be introduced to the scheme via a video-based website (integrating CGI and video footage along with supporting downloadable documents) that sits behind a password protected area. We're confident this multimedia presentation of the scheme will wow the audience and help Henry Boot Developments fill the shopping centre with top fashion and food outlets.

'About Us' video

We're working on a short video and animation piece for our website which will tell the world a bit about who we are and how we work; a bit like a less boring 'About Us' section! Here's a preview of the storyboard:

We're commissioning some music which will set the pace of the action. Then all we have to do is shoot the video and lay animation over the top (sounds easy doesn't it?) - we'll put stuff up here to show the progress.
